Return & Refund Policy

1. General B2B Return Policy BakeBlend operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier. Due to the specialized nature of hospitality procurement and international shipping, all sales are considered final unless the items meet the specific return criteria outlined below.

2. Perishable Goods (Food & Beverage) To ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on any perishable goods (including but not limited to flour, coffee, tea, chocolate, syrups, and baking ingredients) once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Exception: If a perishable item arrives past its expiration date or is the incorrect product, BakeBlend will issue a replacement or credit note. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Perishable Goods and Kitchen Equipment

  • Eligibility: Unused, unopened non-perishable items and equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and protective seals intact.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee applies to all non-defective equipment returns.
  • Return Shipping: The client is responsible for all return shipping logistics and costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Items If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Please note the damage on the delivery courier’s receipt before signing.
  2. Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged goods.
  3. Email our support team at within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted. We will work with you to provide replacement parts, a full replacement, or a credit note.

5. Custom and Special Orders Any products specially sourced, custom-branded, or bulk-ordered outside our standard catalog specifically for your property are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
