1. Agreement to Terms By accessing the BakeBlend website and utilizing our procurement services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Business-to-Business Nature BakeBlend is a B2B supplier. By registering an account and placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing goods on behalf of a registered business entity for commercial use (e.g., hotel, resort, restaurant) and not for personal consumption.
3. Account Registration You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. BakeBlend is not liable for any unauthorized orders placed under your account due to your failure to secure your passwords.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
- All orders are subject to acceptance by BakeBlend. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable.
- Prices are displayed in Local Currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Price quotes provided directly to clients are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless your business has an approved credit account with us (e.g., Net 30 terms).
- Late payments on credit accounts may accrue interest
6. Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties
- BakeBlend ships to Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and the Seychelles.
- Unless explicit “Delivered Duty Paid” (DDP) terms are agreed upon in your invoice, the buyer is entirely responsible for all local import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes required to bring the goods into the destination country.
- Delivery timelines are estimates. BakeBlend is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, freight carriers, or Force Majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, port strikes).
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, BakeBlend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, revenue, or data—arising from your use of our products or delays in the supply chain. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in dispute.
8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Primary Operating Country, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
